• Roblox OAuth (MTI Hub): Roblox User ID, Roblox Username, and group rank information strictly for administrative authentication.
• MetroTracker Accounts: Email address, display name, unique Firebase user ID, and email verification status. Plain-text passwords are never accessible to us.
• Train Spotting Contributions: Consist number, station, line/direction, train running number (TRN), timestamp, and spotter username.
• Photo Proof: Uploaded spotting verification photos are temporarily hosted on Cloudinary and are automatically deleted after 48 hours.
• Local Preferences: Theme settings (light/dark) stored locally in your browser's localStorage.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used strictly to:

• Authenticate your identity and manage role-based permissions.
• Verify email legitimacy to protect community data integrity.
• Attribute submitted train spottings and display spotter history.
• Prevent spam, unauthorized bot submissions, and abuse.

3. Data Sharing & Third-Party Infrastructure

We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We utilize trusted cloud providers solely for infrastructure:

• Google Firebase: Authentication and database storage.
• Cloudinary: Temporary, auto-expiring 48-hour photo storage.

4. Account Deletion & User Rights

Under applicable privacy regulations (including the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act), you have the right to access, correct, or permanently delete your account and profile data. Account deletion is available self-service directly from your profile page after entering your password or confirming via Google.

5. Security

We use HTTPS encryption, Firebase security rules, and strict access controls to safeguard your data. No internet transmission is completely risk-free, but we follow industry best practices to minimize risks.
